A panel of local Isle of Wight authors, specialising in various genres, will be talking about their diverse experiences in the publishing world. Whether traditionally published, indie published, or self-published (or a mix of all three), their journeys have all been different. They will explore the joys and difficulties of these industries, from querying to marketing, and illuminate the ups and downs of their respective genres.
Join us for a talk with author, Richard Whitehead whose new book 'Victory in Australia' tells the stirring tale of England's 1954-55 Ashes win-a triumph many consider to be the greatest in our cricketing history.
Join us as we celebrate the launch of the new revised paperback edition of this wonderful account of the legendary 1970 Isle of Wight Festival. The book's author and original festival organiser Ray Foulk will be on hand to give a short presentation and to sign copies. The event is free and everyone is welcome.
